An introduction to the blog post: This is a tutorial on how to handle and deal with difficult people. The writer's block must be taken care of; the best way to do this is by providing a proper introduction. To deal with people you don't like, it should start with giving them respect and acknowledging their point of view. This might seem like an obvious step, but often we get caught up in our own anger and forget about empathy for others. It does not mean we agree or think less of them; it just means we understand where they are coming from. After you understand the person, it's time to work on your own anger. Anger can explode if you don't manage it correctly. Don't act out; act in. When getting angry, don't turn it into violence or use profanity. And when you're about to lose your mind, take a step back and breathe calmly . Remember that people are different and their actions cannot be predicted perfectly. And remember that no one is perfect. This means you must treat them equally the same way regardless of how good or bad they are at times Lastly, when dealing with difficult people, don't doubt yourself too much. You are confident in yourself, are you not? You are the only one you can rely on! The more confident you are in yourself, the more confident you can be with others. 1. You should not let people walk all over you; however, if they do it once or twice and later on apologize and give a reason for their behavior (such as: “Sorry I acted like that; I had a bad day at work”), you should forgive them and allow them to move on since they “gave” you an apology. This is only if they do it few times (less than five). If they do it more than five times, then start to consider them as difficult people. 2. The second thing you should not do is to get angry easily. This makes you look like a bad person yourself, especially if it caused a lot of trouble for you and other people around you. 3. The third thing is to be confident in yourself and your actions. It's okay to take a step back and think about what justice really means, justice for everyone including the offender. 4. The fourth thing is to understand that difficult people won't change overnight but often they will change after certain actions have been taken by them or other people around them. 5. The last thing is to take a step back and breathe calmly. This will make it easier to gather your thoughts and think rationally. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/people https://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/people https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/explore/people http://thesaurus.com/#q=people https://en.wikipedia. cfa1e77820
